Who Are We?
We’re pet lovers! We love pets—every furry, feathery, hairy, wet, scaly, slimy last one of them! Dogs, cats, birds, fish, horses, rabbits, gerbils, ferrets, guinea pigs, turtles, frogs, snakes, lizards, you name it—we have a soft spot in our hearts for all types, sizes and personalities.
We've also got a soft spot for our home base, historic Richmond, Virginia. We're proud to call central Virginia our home for a number of reasons. The mild climate, the history, the beauty... Well, let's just say, it's a pet lover's paradise.

We're passionate about building an online community where pet lovers in the greater Richmond, Virginia area can provide one another with information and resources that will continually enrich their lives and the lives of their pets.
We’re just as passionate about helping local humane societies, rescue organizations, pet businesses and programs that exists for the protection and betterment of our precious pets and animals. Doing What We Enjoy
We, like everyone, want to spend our time doing something we’re good at. That’s what makes work enjoyable—even fun and worthwhile. So, what could be better than matching our skill sets with our love and passion for pets and serving our local community? Absolutely nothing, as far as we’re concerned!
Making a Profit
As much as we’d like not too have to, we must turn a profit to stay in business. Yes, reality does bite sometimes! To do that, we could either charge a membership fee for pet lovers or sell advertising space. Since we believe strongly in keeping the information on the Internet free to all, our solution is advertising.
Our advertisers are targeting pet lovers and therefore selling products and services that you probably have a need for. We think this is a WIN-WIN!
